Analytics Tools Legal Collections
We have developed a highly successful legal collection
program that has the following characteristics:
- Ability to select appropriate accounts based both on ethics and economics.
We initiate legal action only if following conditions are satisfied:

CSB has established debtor has resources to pay the debt, AND
-
The debtor has repeatedly shown unwillingness to pay the debt, AND
-
CSB has received authorization from client to initiate legal action

Rewards from legal actions justify the additional expenses

A robust process to pursue legal action and the ability to manage the entire process effectively and efficiently to ensure ongoing success. We have an in-house legal department that consists of attorney on retainer, and legal support staff that specializes in legal collections. We also have access to a nationwide attorney network.
