Unpaid accounts can be reported on your behalf to Trans Union, Equifax
and Experian credit bureaus. Possible denial of future credit often serves
as a motivation tool for customers to promptly pay their unpaid balance.
We have found that credit reporting provides a 10% increase in collection
effectiveness.
Mailing Services
Through partnerships with service providers, CSB can mail any volume of
first class mail within 1 working day of receipt. Services can be augmented
to include telephone number searches, NCOA lookups, and custom inserts.
All mailings are laser printed with customizable formats including logos,
barcodes, and detachable payment coupons with return envelopes
Skip Tracing and Investigative
Searches
The advent of the Internet and high- speed servers have made access to
information easier than ever. Effective skip tracing, however, still remains
a very labor and time intensive effort. The huge volume of information
now available requires training, intelligence and commitment on the part
of the skip tracer. CSB is committed to maximizing recoveries for our
clients. We utilize state-of-the-art skip tracing techniques and are constantly
researching new technologies and sources of information. We have a specialized
skip tracing unit that has separate goals from the main collection unit.
Tracers are given bonuses for finds that result in contact. Our multiple
office network provides us with one of the most valuable consumer databases
in the country. Our system automatically matches multiple accounts for
the same consumer by comparing key demographic elements: social security
number, driver’s license number, current or previous address, employment,
phone number and date of birth. Our collectors and tracers have immediate
on-line access to various skip tracing resources including US Post Office

database, credit agency reports, Public records such as DMV records and
other sources tax assessor and voter registration records, and other sources
